The essay questions in all my tests will come from the HW, if you do the HW you will have no problem getting 100. Tomorrow you will have a Quiz it will be on the 6 principles of the Constitution, today we went over limited power remember to state what does it mean.

News: Portfolios! what you need and should do

For your portfolios please have the following inside them at all times.

 

All Tests

All Quizzes

All DBQ's

And any other item I specifically tell you to file in your folders.  

 

Reason for this: it keeps you organize and it is easier to study for a test.

 

Grade: Portfolios are wroth 5 points towards your final Homework grade!!!!! its an easy 5 points and all you have to do is file your work.

 

Absent: If you are absent and are missing any of the work, please ask a friend to copy down the questions and answers. Fill it on a separate sheet of paper and file it inside your folder with the word absent on top.

 

If you are missing work I will reduce points and I will collect your folder every 3 weeks.

How will i grade your QUIZ

Hello!

First i would like to say that the class overall did pretty good on the quiz! If you got less then a 5 on it don't worry and try to jump out a window! This is just the first quiz and you will be able to make up the points as the years goes by. Remember its not about the grade its about what your learned that matters to me!

Each question was worth 2 pts, if you got half the answer or kind of seem to be the answer I was looking for its 1pt. If you did not get the answer right you will not get any pts. Extra credit is always worth 1pt!

Remember that I will ask you in all Quizzes the name of or title of a current government official!!!!
